atraindo participantes interessados em agregar valor \u00e0 produ\u00e7\u00e3o de carne no Acre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:image Branco, e ofereceu uma viv\u00eancia pr\u00e1tica sobre t\u00e9cnicas de desossa e cortes especiais de carne bovina \u2014 como picanha, entrec\u00f4te, fraldinha \u2014 que est\u00e3o cada vez mais qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o profissional e a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da cadeia da carne no Acre.
